Green tea will maintain its flavour and therapeutic properties if the water is heated to around 85°C whereas black tea will only reach its peak if made with water boiled to 100°C. The LCD display shows the temperature of your water at all times so you can easily see whether you need to re-boil. The kettle is well balanced, easy to refill and pours without drips and spills.
