With a range of temperature options from 85-100°C, you can easily heat your water to the perfect temperature to ensure maximum flavour for the drink you are preparing. Green tea will maintain its flavour and therapeutic properties if the water is heated to around 85°C whereas black tea will only reach its peak if made with water boiled to 100°C. The LCD display shows the temperature of your water at all times so you can easily see whether you need to re-boil. The kettle is well balanced, easy to refill and pours without drips and spills.
